Change of Mind
All sales are final once an item has shipped. We are unable to offer refunds for "change of mind" returns once your order has been dispatched.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in creating and packaging your order. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please message us immediately with details and a photo of the issue. We'll discuss an appropriate resolution, which typically involves a product replacement. In certain circumstances, a refund may be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues related to shipping. We do not offer refunds for lost or delayed mail. For your peace of mind, we photograph all packages before shipment and are happy to provide you with a photo of your parcel upon request.
